Just a quick note to tell let you know how much we love our home now that we are finally settled in. We purchased one of the first home that you sold in the Stonebrook addition and left it in your hands since we were still living in the D.C. area. The confidence and expertise that were demonstrated at our initial meeting were enough to sell us on Best Homes since the model was not yet completed! Though many many phone calls to our salesman and about 5 flights from DC to check out the various stages of our home building were were able to have Best Homes build the home that we had wanted for our retirement home.
Your company representatives were the most outstanding professionals that give you what they say they will not like other builders we had dealt with in the past even though we were 1,600 miles away and could of easily brushed us off.
Now that we have settled in they still continue to service all of the little quirks that the house has with a minimum of calls. Our customer service Manager is a very prompt and professional representative that in spite of his young age he always takes care of the situations in an expedient manner and style.
