Warranty

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the only warranty or warranties (collectively the “Limited Warranty”) given by Builder to Buyer relating to the Improvements is/are defined by Title 16 of the Texas Property Code, Section 430.001 concerning the adoption of limited statutory warranties and building and performance standards for residential construction. The basic warranty periods defined by Section 430.001 are as follows:

(1) ONE YEAR FOR WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS;
(2) TWO YEARS FOR PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, HEATING, AND AIR CONDITIONINGDELIVERYSYSTEMS; AND
(3) 10 YEARS FOR MAJOR STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS OF THE HOME.
