We value our relationships with our Realtor partners, and as part of building those relationships we want to make certain that our Realtor friends are frequently updated with the latest information regarding available “quick-move-in” homes, upcoming events, Grand Openings, special promotions, and more.

By providing us with your up-to-date contact information, we will keep you abreast of everything you need to know in order for you to enjoy an informed and pleasant working relationship with the Best Homes team.

Our Realtor Co-Op Policy:

We are grateful for the continued enthusiastic support of the general brokerage community in presenting our homes to their clients. In an effort to promote mutual cooperation and assure a positive experience for both you and your client, we ask that you follow these simple guidelines:

  • The Realtor must personally accompany his/her client to our model home sales office and the client must register with our on-site Sales Representative on the client’s FIRST VISIT.
  • A valid new registration in one BEST HOMES community means that your client is registered in ALL BEST HOMES COMMUNITIES.
  • Since every BEST HOMES New Home Sales Consultant can cross-sell in every BEST HOMES community, we ask that when you register your client with one of our New Home Consultants that you work with that client and that BEST HOMES Consultant throughout all of the BEST HOMES Communities.
  • If you have a personal preference to work with one agent over another, please make certain to have that agent meet you at the community upon your first visit to the community with your client.
  • From time-to-time, BEST HOMES will “list” inventory homes with their preferred Realtors. In the event that you are showing a listed home to a client, we strongly recommend that you protect yourself and your commission by REGISTERING the client at the nearest Model Home Sales Office and allow the Best Homes New Home Sales Consultant to sell the features and benefits of a BEST HOME to your client.*

If the client purchases from BEST HOMES within (60) days of the initial visit or any authorized written extension of that time by BEST HOMES, a commission of 3% of the total contract price will be earned and payable upon settlement of the property.

The Realtor is responsible for re-registering the client if a purchase does not occur during the initial (60) day registration period.

*National statistics show that a sale will ensue faster when a New Home Sales Consultant properly demonstrates the features and benefits of the Builder’s homes. Our goal is to help you make and close the sale with the least amount of inconvenience to you and your client.
